None of the 10 doctors on the committee that advises the Centers for Disease Control on COVID-19 vaccines would say if they support the CDC removing a world-leading scientist from that committee for opposing a pause that may have spooked Americans off COVID vaccination.
Reporters contacted all of the committee’s members for comment on the CDC’s decision that could affect the integrity and public perception of the committee’s work, as well as Americans’ willingness to accept COVID vaccines, a current pressing concern for the public health agency.
None was willing to comment.
Their reluctance underscores the retaliatory climate CDC communicated when it punished a scientist who helped invent methods dramatically improving the vaccine safety system the CDC uses today.
In April, CDC official Dr. Amanda Cohn emailed Harvard Medical School’s Dr. Martin Kulldorff to remove him from the CDC’s COVID-19 Vaccines Safety Technical Work Group (known as VaST). In her email, she made it clear that the agency was retaliating against Kulldorff because he publicly expressed his professional opinion that pausing the Johnson and Johnson COVID vaccine wasn’t scientifically warranted.
This dynamic will likely retard scientific advancement by chilling scientists’ speech and free exploration of socially important questions in their work.
University of Wisconsin at Madison life sciences communication professor Dietram Scheufele worries that if people start viewing researchers and their institutions as agents of the DEMOCRAT Party, science’s bipartisan support could crumble.

Damn it. Are you that daft? Trump ignored and downplayed the virus actually battling the medical profession to pretend it was not a big deal. He was anti shots and many people who could have gotten the protection did not. There was no system in place for distributing the vaccines or administering them. Trump fought Corona with his 9 iron. He had no interest in it. Trump has blood all over his tiny little hands.
The ones wanting you to wear a mask all of the time, two preferably, are called "Maskers." Maskers are dangerous. They might physically attack you for not wearing one while sitting alone in a park with no one else within 50 yards of you. You never know how they'll react. They are mentally unstable and should always be treated as potentially violent.
Indeed. I call them "Masketeers". They must believe in magic, since research has proven their talismans don't work.

Lysol lol.
Trump was sending ventilators to Cuomo at this time last year—turns out it was more than what was needed. The administration sent a Navy medical ship there that was hardly used. And they built hospitals—all for NYC and the region. I think that qualifies as ‘sending resources’.
The PPE shortage was due to our good friends, the CCP, buying up supplies *while they were lying about human to human transmission*. I actually lived through that as a healthcare worker: it was late November or early December 2019 that we started having mask shortages in the OR. This was before anyone knew anything about Covid. We assumed it was some sort of medical supply issue [not uncommon even under normal circumstances] but it turns out China was hoarding them.
So that had nothing to do with Trump. And btw, this was when Fauci was saying masks were over rated and should be saved for front line workers. That was Fauci’s first position on masks before he switched positions.
Why did he say that? He later admitted it was because front line workers were struggling to get PPE—because of the CCP. Though obviously, he didn’t mention the struggling or the CPP part. Because it’s Fauci, and because he wouldn’t. None of the Swamp Critters would.
And as expected, you can’t prove Trump’s rhetoric had any *quantifiable* effect on the death count—beyond naked partisan conjecture.
Had Trump been re-elected vaccine distribution would have picked up just like it did under Biden because national roll-outs of that scale tend to do that over time. Had Trump been re-elected, there would be no need to lie about a plan not being in place until January 20th of this year.
I think that about covers it.

The bungling Biden regime can't do anything right, lol.
