Not so, such are just picking different instincts on same stimulus. Derangment. Your citations are classic examples of misapropriated instinctual drives. As i say, psychosis can be therapeutic. In the case of an ancient hiv outbreak as rome would have had following the development of public baths, repressed and castrated plebs saw much better life expectancies.
