The European database of suspected drug reaction reports, EudraVigilance, collects, among other reports, reports of injuries and deaths after people have been vaccinated against COVID. So far it has collected at least 4,576 reports of deaths and 199,213 of injuries from people who received some of the four experimental vaccines approved at this time within the European Union.
