Default Remember - DEMOCRATS want to end cash bond

A man is charged with murder after a botched robbery.

Antonio Johnson, 19, of Kansas City, Missouri, was charged Friday in Jackson County Court with second-degree murder, attempted robbery and armed criminal action.

Johnson and two juveniles went to an Independence, Missouri, house early Wednesday to rob a resident of money and marijuana, according to court documents.

The court documents say the three drove to a house in the 500 block of South Crescent, where Johnson went to the front door. Johnson tried to talk the resident into allowing him into the house.

The resident refused and Johnson tried to force his way in.

Seconds later, Johnson pointed a gun at the resident and another man in the house, the court document states.

Police were called to the house on reports of the sound of gunshots.

Officers found an unresponsive man on the ground near the front steps, according to the document.

The officers moved the victim to a safe location and he was declared dead.

A Jackson County judge set Johnson's bond at $150,000, cash only.

25-year-old Jonathon Altland was driving a stolen car in Eloy AZ (about half way between Tucson and Phoenix) when the police tried to pull him over. he started shooting at police and fled in the vehicle. A chase of about 40 - 50 miles ensued ending in Chandler AZ, a suburb city of Phoenix. There he crashed the vehicle and continued to fire on police killing one and injuring another before being taken into custody.

Sorry, don't have a photo of the perp to show at this time.
It's open season on police. Remember - DEMOCRATS have declared war on cops.

Default Remember - DEMOCRATS say police should not make traffic stops or chase suspects

A 42-year-old man was charged with murder in connection with a Wednesday night crash in Inglewood during a pursuit that left two dead.

Gustavo Ruelas Jr. is set to be arraigned Monday on two counts each of murder and fleeing a pursuing peace officer’s motor vehicle causing death and one count each of hit-and-run driving resulting in death or serious injury to another person, possession for sale of heroin and possession for sale of methamphetamine.

Ruelas was allegedly speeding in a blue Dodge pickup truck and ran a red light on Century Boulevard at about 10:35 p.m. before getting on the northbound 405 Freeway where officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop.

According to California Highway Patrol, Ruelas fled from the officers, exited the freeway at Manchester Avenue and led police on a pursuit through the streets of Inglewood before turning north on Glasgow Avenue and crashing into the sedan on Olive Street.

The two victims were trapped in he wreckage and had to be freed by firefighters. The woman, identified by the coroner as 22-year-old Asia Boatwright, died at the scene. The man, identified by family as 27-year-old Ryan Davis, was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries.

Ruelas, who prosecutors said has prior convictions for fleeing or attempting to elude a pursuing peace officer and a drug offense, remained behind bars Friday in lieu of $2 million bail, according to jail records.

After he confronted them he began firing multiple shots into the vehicle as they were driving off. Two victims, Dominique Williams and James Lionel Johnson died of their injuries. The driver of the vehicle, Michael Thomas, survived, no charges will be filed against him.

“At the time that this matter took place he was in the state of Maryland, he was not a police officer, he was not acting under police authority, he was acting from the standpoint of the state – he was operating as a private citizen,” said John McCarthy, state’s attorney, Montgomery County.

Dixon was also indicted on two counts of assault for allegedly pointing a gun at a homeless woman inside of his apartment building’s lobby last May.

He was a Pentagon Police officer. Capitol Hill Police is a separate force. I noticed that DEMOCRATS don't want to cut the federal cops.
