You don’t want them to have representation because it means your party has to cheat more to win
One well placed DC lobbyist has more representation in his pinky than WV does.

    Go sell that somewhere else.
Coup has started. First of many steps. Impeachment will follow ultimately~WB attorney Mark Zaid, January 2017

A capitol in the middle of the country means it's more accessible to more of the nation and people while at the same time, it eliminates the mid-west as "flyover" country...
How many Trillions would that add to the National Debt?

I get so tired of this. It’s is NOT always about race. I fixed your quote above to make it more accurate, and if you’d have said it that way I would have agreed with it wholeheartedly. Desh, I know, on a personal level, a friendship level, as many conservative black folks who wouldn’t vote for Biden (or Obama for that matter) as I know liberal black folks. Just because some don’t want the liberal side of the aisle to get/keep the upper hand in politics does NOT make them not like a certain race of people.

Agreed Americans deserve the right of representation but there Democrats are going to long way around to give it to them. This isn't about giving DC residents rights, it's about putting two more, for now, Democratic Senators in the Senate.

Similar to the SCOTUS plan to stack the deck.
