Obviously you don't think so. Kind of sad. But I understand that you would believe that everyone shares your lack of integrity and honesty. We don't. My default position is that the jury viewed the evidence and rendered an appropriate verdict. Your default is that the jurors are cowards who lacked the integrity to reach the verdict they believed in. Which leaves you insulting the jury and claiming that a murderer is innocent in the same breath. Next question?

Why do you think they weren't sequestered?
    They were sequestered for deliberations.

I don't believe you do understand...Your "jury labeling" are your words, not mine...I neither insulted the jury nor mentioned innocence....
You would be a terrible juror, btw...you're much too judgmental, biased, and close-minded....

Fortunately, you weren't the one picking jurors. Another skill you lack. LOL at you. I didn't say 'jury labeling' YOU DID. so those are YOUR words not mine. Really? Are you this dense? How interesting. Do you believe the jury rendered the correct verdict? Simple question. Yes or no.

Correct...I'm not an attorney...are you? Your labels...your comments....not my words....
I believe the officer was guilty of contributing to Mr. Floyd's death...I would not have chosen guilty on all three counts....but I would not have been selected for the jury.....So you may thank God, once again.....

Minnesota didn't have the budget to spring for the expenses, probably.

Pissed off inconvenienced jurors order filet mignon and expensive wine from room service.

Are you projecting that they'd violate their oath because that's what you'd do?....if you ever served on a jury which, by your own admission, you wouldn't.

I don't want to serve on a jury, either...Do you?....I've been called many times, btw...

Agreed. They had choices and they took an oath to do their duty.

Additionally, all it takes one. The idiots saying the jury had no choice forget that there are 12 people on a jury which the Defense agreed to seat. Only a dishonest moron doesn't understand that all it takes is one person to hang a jury.

Normally, in most states, a conviction will be returned for the most serious charge on which the jury can agree.

Our federal system is in my opinion absurd. 50 states. 50 different sets of felony statutes.
I don't know about MN but in MO they often tacked on different charges for the same crime, I guess hoping at least one would stick. But you're right, I don't think that I ever recall a jury choosing *all* or even more than one to convict on.

So you are saying, in essence, that these twelve randomly-chosen (plus the alternates) people are dishonest and have perverted the legal system rather than deliberate on ONLY the evidence that they were given?

Just because you live a fraudulent and dishonest life, Toxic, doesn't mean that everyone else has. We get that you are a racist, hate Floyd and are glad he's dead, and see nothing wrong with what Chauvin did, but do you have to be SO obvious about it?

Yes, it is. You specifically stated that the jurors only convicted the accused because "they knew what would happen [incorrectly inserted ellipses] to the city, the country... blah blah RW shit blah blah." Talk about ridiculous and inaccurate crap.
