A difficult concept for some, apparently.

it's not always the case, though. There have been dozens of times us open carriers have been stopped, harassed, arrested, even abused by law enforcement having broken no law..............explain that
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

A milestone for some and a millstone for others.

We have divided cultures in this country.

Not much sign of that changing.

Of course. They were not intimidated. They could have escaped easily during jury selection if they were afraid. It's just complete nonsense. And they have presented no alternative. Because they don't have one. They are whiners. Nothing more, nothing less. Devoid of ideas or proposals. Darth fits right in.

I'm guessing that many lynching victims didn't 'resist arrest'. They still wound up dead. I wonder if that has anything to do with black peoples fear and distrust of the police.

it's a sad world indeed where that cultural difference is between freedom and slavery

I could equally claim that they were intimidated into returning the "not guilty" verdict prior to the verdict by those who believe that Chauvin is innocent.

Yep. Because they are far more likely to make ACTUAL death threats. I'll lay even money they get death threats if any of them choose to reveal their identities. And you can bet the Trumptards will do everything they can to find out.

Default African-Americans are arrested at a higher rate for drug abuse

African-Americans are arrested for drug abuse at a much higher rate than white Americans, although surveys show drugs are used at similar levels.

In 2018, around 750 out of every 100,000 African-Americans were arrested for drug abuse, compared to around 350 out of every 100,000 white Americans.

Previous national surveys on drug use show that white people use drugs at similar rates, but African-Americans continue to get arrested more often.

Especially true with pot. Hence why Republicans are opposed to legalization. Their beloved for profit prison system would suffer.

Right. All a cop has to do for a traffic stop is claim to smell marijuana and cuff the driver.

    That was different, apparently.

White, Trump supporter. Doesn’t fit the narrative. That about covers it.
