Make the Republicans vote on it!

That will be one more thing the Republican Senate gets wrong, further alienating their own voters.

It's a Revenue Stream that will be hard for Repubs to turn down.

I can't help but notice that there's no legislation to enact this
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

This would have to repeal the federal law (which is largely unenforced). States could retain their laws prohibiting marijuana.

The Federal Law is restricting access to the Banking system.

True, but that hasn't really slowed down the industry. It just inconveniences those depositing their loads of bucks. I think (?) they can still use state banks not part of the FED.

If you look at the link, Corona Beer owner is backing a Cannabis company, and Marlboro Cigarette owner is backing a Cannabis company. Both Big Hitters in the 'Sin Stocks'. So, I think it's just a matter of time.
