Even though swine are conspiring in the sewer to get this murderous creep off, he was not wrongly convicted and the video evidence would make an appeal at being a deplorable miscarriage of Justice. An appeal is warranted if it is proven that a convicted felon was wrongly convicted but there is obviously not the case here. It is also good to know your sweat heart and murderous creep Chavin has been remanded and bail revoked!
A wrongful conviction is as follows to which non apply to Chauvin who was convicted based on the preponderance of the doubt of guilt. So get use to the idea of your buddy Chauvin spending a long time in prison:
Arrest without probable cause
Arrest without a warrant
Arrest in violation of search and seizure laws
Insufficient evidence provided by the prosecution to convict the defendant
Errors in ruling on admissibility of evidence
Incompetent or ineffective assistance from legal counsel
Prosecutor misconduct
Jury misconduct
Sentencing errors"
This should also go well over an act to overturn a fair election on appeal. Not. Chauvin's own Police Chief and other police officers testified that he violated the Police Department's policies and his training - they did not want to be associated with his criminal actions because their mission is to "serve and protect". Actually an appellate court would be wise to not interfere or obstruct justice on behalf of a lawfully convicted murderer, and the appellate court cannot change the trial court's decision just because the appellate court judges (called "justices") disagree with it. Chauvin the creep deserves to serve the maximum of 30 years in prison with no parole either.

BLUEXITA Modest Proposal For Separating Blue States From Red
Dear Red-State Trump Voter,
Let’s face it, guys: We’re done.
It is a tragedy that so much of the work that so many men and women toiled at for so long to make this a better country, and a better world, has been thrown away, leaving us all in such needless peril.
This is why our separation in all but name is necessary.

Really, do you ever stop bullshitting?
Biden says he's praying for "the right verdict" in Derek Chauvin trial
President Biden said he hopes the jury in the trial of Derek Chauvin, the former police officer charged in George Floyd's death, reaches the "right verdict," weighing in on the case as it approaches its conclusion.
Mr. Biden called Floyd's family on Monday, with the White House bracing for the verdict. The jury began deliberations after the conclusion of closing arguments on Monday, and continued on Tuesday morning.
Mr. Biden told reporters on Tuesday that he has come to know Floyd's family, and waited to call until the jury entered deliberations.
"I can only imagine the pressure and the anxiety they're feeling," he said. "They're a good family and they're calling for peace and tranquility."

Do you claim psychic abilities? I might also add this should also go well over an act to overturn a fair election on appeal. Deal with the reality of it all instead of your desire for a supremacist form of a gross miscarriage of Justice.
Derek Chauvin has a few issues he can pursue to appeal his conviction Tuesday on murder and manslaughter charges in the death of George Floyd, but the former Minneapolis Police Officer faces an uphill battle in trying to overturn the jury’s three guilty verdicts, legal experts said.
Testimony at the three-week-long trial, court rulings that preceded it, another nearby killing of an African American motorist by police and provocative comments by politicians are all expected to factor into Chauvin’s efforts to challenge the verdicts.
One potential vulnerability stems from the imposing number and stature of witnesses Judge Peter Cahill permitted prosecutors to call, including Minneapolis Police Chief Medaria Arradondo.
While Arradondo’s testimony was expected to focus on the police force’s training and policies, the chief also twice told jurors that Chauvin’s actions violated the department’s “values.”
“It is certainly not part of our ethics or our values,” said Arrandondo, who had previously offered in public that Chauvin’s actions amounted to murder.
