More likely restricted blood [no O2] supply to the brain. The pressure downward on his chest in the prone position hindered his tidal volume. And that also reduces oxygen. His trachea wasn't likely compromised.

Saw multiple Federal prosecutors say the same thing. In comparable police trials, this was typical length of time. The more convincing and one-sided the evidence, the shorter time to deliberate. This evidence was overwhelmingly one-sided.

Tell it to the judge. Yawn. No brainer verdict. Obviously, twelve impartial jurors agreed with me.

I would think he would be saying whatever his most severe symptom was or the thing that might be most persuasive in those moments as his life is draining from him.

If it was me, after the first ten times telling him I couldn't breathe, I would throw all caution to the wind and not worry about possibly 'making him mad.' I wouldn't feel I had anything to lose at some point.

If he seemed unmoved by cries of "I can't breathe," I might have wanted to try: 'Officer, this is the BIG one. I'm having a heart attack. My chest pains are bad.' 'You are going to kill me.' 'You will get life in prison, mother fucker.' 'Is killing me worth the pain your family will go through?' 'You won't get away with killing me, ass wipe!'

This one cites a couple of them, I heard a couple others this afternoon. This wasn't a particularly short deliberation, especially considering that there was a clear consensus that Chauvin was guilty of something.

Why Biden? Because Fuck You that's why. Barack Obama has a Grammy, an Emmy, a Nobel Prize, 2 terms as President and a Twitter account.

    Donald Trump has 2 impeachments.
