I can't respond to him, as he's on ignore. Prone position in handcuffs with a knee on the back is enough to kill someone. The knee on the neck was adding to the torture. As was the wrist/finger manipulation the entire time.

So if you continually apply that same pressure to prevent oxygen flow to the brain, the person you are doing it to is going to die.

We can settle this very easily by you letting me kneel on your neck for nine and a half minutes.
In the prone position with hands behind the back.

Chauvin knew he was killing Floyd.

He's too much of a pussy to do it.

He wanted to do it to me, but was petrified of having someone do it to him.

He's also the kind of pussy who riles people up with lies about the eleciton being stolen, but lacks the courage to act on his "convictions".

He'd rather other people do it for him.

That way, he can take credit if it succeeds, and can disassociate or diminish if it doesn't.

I think manslaughter is something that they would agree to in order to have a guilty verdict after disagreement on the other charges. It could be argued that he didn't intend to murder Floyd, but he was negligent nonetheless.

I tend to agree with you about the actual outcome, but the truth is they could find for 2nd degree.

They should find for 2nd degree...what he did was straight out murder.

But I don't have faith in the jury because of the middle-aged white people on it.

IF CHAVAN WAS BLACK NO ONE WOULD BE SUGGESTING A LESSER CHARGE.

AGAIN I DONT BARE THE SAME HOPE YOU DO. THE HISTORY OF THIS COUNTRY PROVES OTHERWISE.
    .....
After they burned down L.A, they got the King trial right. Or was that just a civil case? Garner never made it past a racist local grand jury. Philando Castille was another that never made it to a fair trial. White jury. That was a travesty. That might have set the stage for this Minnesota trial.
