I don't follow criminal trials at all, but even putting a cop on trial is rare.

Yes, defense never really had a case. Testimony from police on down condemned Chauvin.

If you applied the necessary pressure it would take to even restrict someone's air flow from behind the neck, there would be bruising and damage. There was none per the autopsy.

FACT: Floyd was 6'6" tall. muscular and weighed about 220 lbs. Chauvin was a shrimp of 5'7" and weighing a mere 140 lbs. It's bizarre and stupid to believe he could ever produce enough force to choke someone from behind much less, when there were ZERO signs of any bruising on Floyd. Try to be less of a moron.

It's the minutia. The other cops suggested moving him to his side. 'He's staying where he is' was Chauvin's response.

"I can't get a pulse" the other cop said. "Uh huh" Chauvin responded.

The EMT had to nudge him off of the corpse after Floyd was dead for several minutes.

The hand in the pocket was also a nice touch.

The good news is that this is not a hung jury.

The "uh huh" was one of the most damning of Chauvin.

Not necessarily, and that's what the ME said.

Again, we can test your theory very easily by you agreeing to let me kneel on your neck for nine and a half minutes.

Thoroughly debunked. Tobin was a powerful witness.
Now, in the past the nonsense you mentioned (offered by the defense) might have worked. Even so...the jurors will not all find that credible from the get go. No way.

They probably don't want to be sequestered for several days in a case that is glaringly evident. Curious as to the findings. I don't feel that they accepted manslaughter so quickly. I think it's worse for Chauvin.

Yes, could be one of the murder charges.

    140lbs? No, 160 lbs.

But the 20 lb difference doesn't really matter because at times, Chauvin's entire weight was on Floyd.

You are trying to make a semantic argument about "choking", when what happened was Floyd's oxygen flow was cut to his brain. That only happened because of the pressure Chauvin put on him.

Better yet, I will lay my knee across yours and prove that even a weak, lazy, whiny little pussy like you wouldn't suffocate with my knee holding you down.
So you're too much of a pussy to submit yourself to the same thing that happened to Floyd.

    Got it, pussy.
