Most kids regardless of race have more sense. #bikelife culture is a black culture that like hip hop, white kids are discovering. It's actually pretty cool to experience, I was in vegas the other week for this.
over 1000+ bikes swarmed vegas. most like me do not swerve cars, (I barely wheelie in packs lol). The thing it, while the gov and people try to force "diversity" much to the resentment of some people of all races, her you have the most organic, diverse crowd getting together over the love of riding bikes. The entire culture is about getting kids away from guns and drugs etc and putting them on bikes.

I got into big bmx when I noticed riding my fixed gear to work that I was constantly getting flats, or other problems. I've been building bikes from old vintage ten speeds into SS/fixed gears for a decade, I rode bmx and bmx freestyle back in the day and when I actually noticed them, jumped right into a 29" then added a 26" With the city being empty the whole town became a giant skate/bike park and the rest is history. Sold all my fixed gear stuff and have been into bikelife culture ever since.
Most kids, are good, just outliers do the stupid shit, When organized ride outs are announced there are warnings not to swerve things that can kill you like other people or cars, most listen, some do not.
As stupid and as crazy as it looks, I will admit it's fun to watch.
So you set up a false narrative, attack the cops for actually trying to keep these kids safe, and think 6 cop cars for 30+ kids is excessive? then when the latino officer released the one teen who kept mouthing off to the officer telling him that they need to settle down or they can enforce the license ordinance to quell the excessivly aggressive riding, suddenly the police are bad here?
So if your kid was swerving oncoming traffic, riding in a pack in traffic, you wouldn't want the cops to put a stop to it?
The rest of the story.
