That is true as a dictionary definition of science, but what science means by "natural" is that which we can experience and measure by sensory perception.
That right there indicates that our linguistic construct of "natural" is a purposeful attempt to format concepts and ideas so they fit into and conform to our limited cognition.
Ultimate objective reality doesn't care what our cognitive limitations are. So what we call "natural" is a convenience of formatting information our brains can process.

What I found interesting about Kant is his dualism on morals and pleasure. I saw it again with Freud on his cocaine addiction and flagrant adultery with his patients. Around that time I was also reading that monogamy is abnormal. Casual sex was prevalent yet everyone was trying to cancel me for talking about pleasure. They were all christian and didn't want to deal with the facts of human nature.

I have many philosophy professors talk about Kant and I cannot remember a single one mentioning Kant and sex....at least not as something his intellectual work is known for..
What they do say is Kant's specialty and legacy was in epistemology and moral philosophy.
At any rate, since I am not a philosophy professor, I am going to take Ayn Rand at her word: she despised Kant and thought Kant was worse than Marx. Those are words directly from her mouth. Everything else is opinion.
No matter what Rand said, she was subconsciously influenced by Kant. We see Kant everywhere in our rules today, e.g.--we are not allowed to smoke inside a restaurant because it affects the pleasure of other diners. The individual is not as important as the group. Rand had to be seeing red over this but free trade agreements are supposed to benefit the group as a whole.
