The new law makes it legal to run over protestors in your car.

So the guy in Charlottesville who ran over those protestors and killed that woman, if this law had been in place there, would have been protected from prosecution.

He would have walked away Scott free. The law would have protected him for running over protestors.

Police would get to decide whether to use the law against protestors or not. If police wish to allow a pro-trump protest to continue, but to go in and arrest everybody in a BLM protest, that is their choice.

The law is way too ambiguous, and gives police far too much power.

If a protest is organized by peaceful people, and a provocateur who was not part of the organizing joins in and does damage, then the police are allowed to arrest everybody in the protest, even if they were 99% peaceful.

I would be surprised if it does not stand up in court.

If im not mistaken, that guy beat the charges due to a cellphone recording of the junky slime protest instigator openly admitting they were hoping to get run over, just before going and getting run over. Just saying.

I doubt it will survive a court challenge. First Amendment grounds.

when a riot breaks out -then LEAVE and you dont get arrested.
as to running over with a car -in that rare instance it might be true. but the law prohibits people on highways
    and blocking traffic

Fbi 101, if you dont find a problem, make one.

A law like this would basically make protesting illegal. It would fail on basic constitutionality.

See, something like this is cause for riots. Our own government literally made us all complicit with their running an afghan pederast heroin cartel. Instead tho it's the people who are perfectly happy with that who are rioting.....

Okay, who here would like to sign the "we swear we will not give one single fuck when california gets nuked" declaration?

    Hello ']2epo]v[an,

We've not spoken before so I like to make note that I only prefer to conduct polite conversations. Generally, that means I only want to talk about the topic under discussion, as opposed to any discussion about me. I'm not going to talk about you, and I won't respond to any talk about me, thank you.

If that's agreed then I hope we have plenty of stirring discussions. If you do not agree then we probably won't be talking long.

    That is not correct.

20yo James Alex Fields was found guilty and sentenced to 419 years in prison. Progressive groups raised hundreds of thousands of dollars in remembrance, and the street in Charlottesville where the attack occurred was renamed Heather Heyer Way.

I can hardly wait until they start charging rioters like these. Notice the rioter in the middle of this group? You might recognize him as being a current GOP leader in Congress.
