Diversity Makes Greatness
One of the problems with this new law in Florida is that it gives too much latitude to police like Derek Chauvin to decide if a BLM protest is a riot. If there is any violence associated with a protest, the new law allows the police to arrest all of the protestors, whether they were peaceful or not.
All it takes is for one proud boy to come in as an outsider in a BLM protest and smash one window and everybody gets arrested.
It essentially becomes a no protesting law.
But only if the police decide so.
If a pro Trump protest is going on, and there is damage, nothing forces the police to take such drastic action. It is completely up to them.
So it really becomes a no liberal protests allowed, but right wing protests are OK law.
And that's just wrong.
