Hmmm ... the dims are BIGLY concerned about gun control and have passes myriad laws about same.

Illinois AND ESPECIALLY chick-a-go are among the leaders ... so even though this martyr had the RIGHT to carry a gun ... was it legal for him to do so (according to Illinois/chick-a-go law)? The wisdom (or lack thereof) of a kid with a gun is a separate issue.
