The truth is, for that type, they are okay with disarming those who don’t look “like a stand up guy”.

Not really. Most muggers rely on intimation and run with credible resistance ie, victim is armed etc.

The cop puts his/her life on the line with every stop. They never know what the person will do. That makes them quick to react to a percived threat.
So when stopped just do what the cop tells you and you will be fine.

The constitution guarentees your right to own and keep arms. It doe not give you the right to disobey a lawful order by a sworn police officer, while investigating a possible crime.
