Right.... and when the police ask you to be quiet for a moment while they speak to the other party involved it is inconsistent with the First Amendment.

How many of your clients have gotten the electric chair for a parking ticket?

If they ask you to do it, that is different than demanding that you do it.

You are the one who claims the right to bear arms is ABSOLUTE. It appears, now you are saying that neither the right to free speech or the right to bear arms are ABSOLUTE... Strange.

Ok I'll play your asinine game. A cop stops an armed mugger. What does the cop do?
    1. Ignore the crime as he cannot disarm the perp (according to Jarod).
    2. Ask the perp to put his gun away so he can be arrested.
    3. Just shoot the bastard allowing him to keep his gun.
    4. Demand he put the gun down.

Come on Mr. constitutional expert you must know more than the SCOTUS. What does the cop do?

I'm not the one claiming the right to bear arms is ABSOLUTE, that's your crew. My point has always been that there are limits to all the constitutional rights, its just about where you draw the line.

And if you refuse to keep quiet while they are trying to conduct an investigation you can get arrested for Obstructing Governmental Adminiatration.

Are you sure you studied law?

So, do you understand the meaning of ABSOLUTE?

Absolute: not qualified or diminished in any way; total.

Are you finally agreeing that the Right to Bear Arms is not absolute?

They didn't draw their sidearms because they were afraid of getting their asses kicked like the cops today.

    It's gotten unbelievable, now.
How did that twig Chauvin ever become a cop?
My daughter, about his age, would kiss his ass sideways without breaking a sweat.
We have special armed police on call. They can get to most places in a few minutes, and are excellent at first-aid. Otherwise, no guns for cops. Ours kill three a year to your thousand. Read, think, learn and inwardly digest, trumpers.

No true conservative says the right to carry a fire arm is ABSOLUTE there are circumstances that dictate otherwise. The same is true of the 1st amendment and free speech, It is illegal to yell fire in a crowed theater as an example, or threatening the life of the president.
