No true conservative says the right to carry a fire arm is ABSOLUTE there are circumstances that dictate otherwise. The same is true of the 1st amendment and free speech, It is illegal to yell fire in a crowed theater as an example, or threatening the life of the president.

I agree with you about the limitations, but I have had that very argument about the fire in the theater with Trumppers here on this forum. Glad to see you agree that the Right to Bear Arms can be infringed depending on circumstances.

We have special armed police on call. They can get to most places in a few minutes, and are excellent at first-aid. Otherwise, no guns for cops. Ours kill three a year to your thousand. Read, think, learn and inwardly digest, trumpers.

I've walked around London at night, and to be honest, knowing that neither I nor the police had guns wasn't very comfortable for an American.

Anybody who's been around long enough to compare knows that compared to the tough old timers, modern cops are pussies.

The cops that I dealt with as a kid would be truly ashamed.
They didn't draw their sidearms unless it was specifically to shoot you, which almost never happened.
They didn't draw their sidearms because they were afraid of getting their asses kicked like the cops today.
