2. That some vaccines, possibly all, can cause blood clotting issues.
3. At least two, and possibly more have had issues.
4. That someone prone to blood clotting should take this issue seriously and weigh the risks of getting vaccinated carefully before doing so.

It is a bit of the exact reverse. The current evidence is people who are not prone to blood clotting, with low platelet count, are getting blood clotting in rare cases. It is something that also extremely rarely happens with heparin(which helps keep down blood clotting).

It is not understood, being so rare. The best guess is people who have low platelet count can have their bodies suddenly reverse themselves, and start clotting. It kind of like your body realizes it is way out of wack, and panics to get back into wack, overdoing it.

Out of an abundance of caution, the FDA has put a delay in on the J&J vaccine. trump is fuming out conspiracy theories about this all, but it probably makes sense.

That being said, there is no group that has been found that is safer not being vaccinated. The dangers of Covid-19 are at least a hundred times the dangers of the vaccine in every group. In some groups that is closer to a million times.
