the founders were correct that political parties and their posturing for power over the people will destroy this country. just watching all of those dems bawl crocodile tears about a supposedly destroyed democracy, especially given that they just won an election, is pathetic and pitiful. packing the court will destroy democracy, not restore it
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

Then why wasn’t the country’s democracy destroyed all the times the number of Judges was changed in the past? Court has had anywhere from five to ten Justices on the past, changed in nearly all those cases for political purposes, yet, here we are

baby steps. all baby steps. EACH TIME adding judges to install political viewpoints of one side or the other to dominate was a step to destroying america. In todays political divide, you are definitely looking at another civil war.

Doubtful, Mitch’s mockery of the whole Court nomination process didn’t produce a Civil War, this is just another continuation of the same

Got to love it when one as “copy and paste” jumps in with that which has already been discredited, ought to stick with his corny video “rebuttals” than actual exchanging content

I noticed that certain people want politicians to remain the same, no matter what.

But it didn’t happen, came nowhere close to happening, the same would occur now if they did add Justices, lot of angry talk, and that’s about it

Point you are missing is that Mitch has already made the Court a joke via his political games, what is happening here is just a continuation

the court was a joke long before mitch. the court has been political since FDR, even before his packing threat. just more continuation towards civil war. It probably won't happen next year, but it's another step. keep angering the people, both of you (democrats and republicans)...........it won't be much longer

the only real hope in preventing that is the states learning that they can nullify the feds
