That’s where Gupta interviewed Redfield and Redfield explained why he thought the virus came from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Gupta seemed aghast at the time but he recently came over to Redfield’s way of thinking. Telling, he didn’t reveal it on CNN but on a Mediate podcast.

Imagine that.

It’s worth watching nonetheless. Redfield made a good point: animal to human transmission is rare *and it doesn’t happen fast* but takes a minute for the novel virus to adapt and take hold in a human population.

Whereas COVID19 exploded onto the scene—as far back as September 2019. And if it was in Wuhan in September coupled with immigration from China—you can take it from there.

Here’s another point: I don’t know that any bug has ever ‘gained function’ through a natural process. When bacteria evolve resistance to antibiotics a mutation occurs that causes them to *loose sensitivity* to the antibiotic. IOW, the portion of their genome that codes for sensitivity to the antibiotic becomes corrupted—yet they are still able to survive without it. It’s literally a case of de-evolution since it entails a loss of genetic information and a *loss of function*.

The COVID19 virus *added* a protein spike which enables it to attach to mucosal cells in the human airway. COVID19 is essentially a souped up bat virus. In the mother of ironies, it’s highly likely it’s a product of intelligent design. IOW, it’s been monkeyed with. I’m tempted to call that a certainty.
