To be automatically registered to vote in CO, you have to have a driver's license or state ID issued by the CO DMV.
In order to get those, you have to prove your eligibility to receive them.
So while you're proving your eligibility to drive or get a state ID, you are also being automatically registered to vote.
I live in GA, and the voting laws and registration laws are nothing like that.
