It's not, and that's what needs to be addressed.

But I don't see this situation as anything like the Floyd situation. This was a tragedy all the way around. The cops overreacted, the victim overreacted, and it was an extremely tragic mistake.

I don't think the cop who did this should be lumped in w/ those who we've seen committing police brutality or with exhibiting racism. I think she genuinely just made a terrible mistake.
