She would not need to use that defense if there was any truth to her original statements. Since there is no evidence of election fraud she can't use the defense that she was telling the truth. She never presented any evidence of fraud even in her court cases.

Nope. Dominion software does allow for modification and weighting of votes. It is also easily hacked by anyone with access to the machine (like an election worker). There have both been demonstrated.
