If the woman is flying first class with reclining seat beds its not that hard. Hell airlines allow flight attendants to WORK till six months. But as I said I'd give her a pregnancy pass. She has a doctor's advice not to fly. So she should stay home. Some first class seating is very comfortable however. I flew first class from Dallas to Hawaii and had a seat that reclined to a bed. I slept 3/4 the way there.
