When I visited my kid last weekend, he expressed that they were having similar problems where he's stationed in the Army. They've made it difficult to get the vaccine, and they aren't doing a good job of selling the benefit. He's heard talk that it may become mandatory.

As a matter of national security, it *should* be mandatory. How can you have an effective fighting force if a good number of your men are too sick to perform?
