I don't care what you think Chauvin is guilty or innocent of. Something is profoundly wrong with a police system where you can die over twenty dollars.

is this ignoring the fact he swallowed his inventory of illicit drugs so the cops wouldn't find them in his possession?......
Isaiah 6:5
“Woe to me!” I cried. “I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the Lord Almighty.”

He said he'd been "hooping."
https://thedailycoin.org/2020/07/19/...it-the-ground/"Floyd tells them that he was “hooping” earlier, which means hiding drugs by inserting them in your rectum, usually in some kind of plastic wrapping."
Something is wrong with a guy who would take drugs like that and then steal shit. The world is better off without the bastard.
Why did Floyd do that to himself? And over 20 bucks? He had money for drugs, booze, and cigarettes it seems so he couldnt have been that hard up. WHY did he put his life in danger for trying to pass a fake 20? Maybe just a career criminal and it was the only life he knew. I dont know why guys like that keep putting THEMSELVES into such bad positions......
The clerk also testified that Floyd was likely higher than a kite on drugs at the time. But Floyd's possession of counterfeit money--and we don't know if he had additional counterfeit money on him--tends to indicate that he was willing to accept and use such money knowingly. It also argues that Floyd had no problems committing various crimes both misdemeanors and felonies with regularity.
After all, Floyd was unemployed at the time this occurred, and had a previous history of marginal employment with numerous arrests for violence and drugs in his past. That he casually passed a counterfeit note isn't out-of-line with his being for all intents a career criminal.
