May I remind you once again... you do not know that to be a fact and neither does anyone else.
But like so many, you obviously think you do.
And BTW... if the cops have a legitimate reason to think a suspect might pose a threat to them of any kind... even if it's just possibly spitting on them, they have the right to continue to restrain that suspect.
I hope that the defense makes that point during the presentation of their case.
C'MON MAN!!!!
Ask your Alt-Right buddies who are engineers. Chauvin's toes were off the ground for a substantial amount of time.
The testimony is Floyd died from compression asphyxiation. That's the same thing that killed that college chick in Florida trying to get into her room through a window. It's killed lot of people in rollover accidents where their head and neck were sufficiently compressed to kill them from oxygen starvation.
Of course, in the end, it's results count. A man is dead and justice demands a reckoning.

It killed a child in Alaska when her she was trying to climb out of a crib her family had placed another mattress on top and used bungy cords to tie the mattress down so she couldn’t climb out of the crib at night. Her neck got compressed by the crib rail and the mattress. It was just horrible.

ZERO signs of asphyxiation or any trauma in the ME report!!!!!!!!
The complaint filed by the Hennepin County Attorney's Office also cited a preliminary autopsy report showing that there were "no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation."
IIRC, it was the cause of death for Charlie Hillard at an airshow at Lakeland, FL. He flipped his Hawker Sea Fury and was crushed by his own body weight hanging in his straps with his head pressed against the canopy. https://www.upi.com/Archives/1996/04...6068829627200/
