And he threw it all away by murdering an American citizen.....or do you think Floyd's skin tone and drug use makes him less-than-human and deserving of a painful death?
Consider one of my heroes, Commander Randall "Duke" Cunningham. Vietnam Ace, national hero and he tossed it all away on corruption and greed. He did seven years for his crimes. You want Chauvin to do less for murdering an American citizen. WTF?

Meh. You seem predisposed to say "Believe the white cop, not your lying eyes". LOL
Are you all upset about the deaths at the Insurrection? Or did you take a political stance on that too?

Two civilians who died during the violent Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol died of natural causes, and a third succumbed to amphetamine intoxication, according to the D.C. medical examiner’s office.
A fourth person, 35-year-old Ashli Babbitt, who was fatally shot by a Capitol police officer inside the Capitol, was struck by a bullet to her front left shoulder, the medical examiner said in a statement.
The cause of death for a fifth person, Capitol Police Officer Brian D. Sicknick, who collapsed after confronting rioters and died Jan. 7, remains pending. Two people have been charged with assaulting Sicknick by spraying him with a chemical irritant.

The facts are not the issue in the Chauvin trial.
To anybody with an IQ bigger than a hat size, Chauvin is obviously gallows worthy.
The issue is whether of not enough jury nullification takes place to get him a 12-0 acquittal.
If so, all twelve jurors join him as being gallows worthy as well.

Any time the cops are trying to arrest a person for breaking the law and that person resists arrest and fights with them, if they end up dying as a result of that struggle, I usually see it as an accident and unintentional.
Especially if the person had potentially lethal drugs in their system, or were fat and out of shape and/or also had drugs in their system or had some potentially lethal medical issue like advanced heart disease.
The brother in law of a friend had advanced heart disease induced by drug abuse and he died sitting in his recliner.
