Jefferson suggested every generation should have the solemn opportunity to update it and pass it on til the end of time.
I am sure the second would not have survived that process.
not a single word of that drivel you wrote debunks what I stated. the Constitution was written to create the federal government. Prescribe them a set of power that were few and defined. The founder believe that individual rights were paramount. That the federal governments sole purpose was to protect the rights of the individual. where you got the crap you just spewed is.......well, it's just wrong
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

Pretending the founders didn’t intend the living people of this nation to run the show is Russian propaganda

there might have been 0.001 percent voter fraud............MIGHT. See, YOUR problem is you want to accuse all of those who disagree with you as a 'trumper' who thinks the election was stolen. that's where you end up as nothing but partisan trash................

The answer is yes and it’s fully documented

You should hate the Republican Party if you believe in democracy like the founders did

I concur. Probably the only time I felt Scalia was worth a shit.

    1. the founders did not believe in 'democracy', and when I say that I mean they didn't believe in a majority rules democracy, like YOU do. they believed in a republic where the rights of the minority were protected from the wants of a majority
    2. If you had actually paid attention on this forum, instead of the usual left/right hatred and lets see who can say the most sarcastic and hateful things......you'd realize that I actually hate BOTH parties............of course, YOU being a democrat, will likely jump to their defense and call me a right winger or conservative disguised as a Libertarian who lies about voting for trump...........and if that's the case we can be done now
