A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

The Constitution is either all originalist, or none of it is.
wrong. you have no clue what the constitution means or why it was written. sit down and shut the fuck up, simpleton

    LMAO!

You can't pick and chose at your discretion which parts of the Constitution are originalist and which aren't.

I mean you CAN, you'll just look like an idiot if you do.

the problem lies with what YOU think the constitution does. It doesn't provide the people with their rights, it provides restrictions upon the government.

thinking any different makes you the idiot

first off, I said governments, meaning global.
secondly, how many native americans did the US government murder?
how many japanese americans died at the hands of the us government?

That belief is wrong. It defines the separation of powers that Trump ignored. The founders suggested rewriting the constitution periodically because they knew they could not predict the future. It was in the end rejected, but the assumption that the fathers wanted it enshrined for posterity is incorrect. They agreed to an amendment process because they knew better.
Jefferson suggested every generation should have the solemn opportunity to update it and pass it on til the end of time.
I am sure the second would not have survived that process.
