There are other farmers that will continue to farm. All I could say to such a venture as a water park is to wish you well with your new business, but you will probably find it just as hard to conduct it. Park patrons are notoriously filled with ingratitude. Prepare yourself for a lot of trash, a lot of leaks, a lot of whining, and a lot of lawsuits for stupid reasons.
