Want to know a secret about post-WWII Germany, they did not magically stop being Nazis. The post-Civil War Southerners did not magically stop being anti-American racists. The post-Civil Rights Movement Segregationists did not magically stop being racists. I could go on, but I think we all get the point.

Some of them did see the error of their ways, but many more just pretended to see the error of their ways. And they were completely defeated... The party of trump is far from completely defeated, least of all in their own minds. We will be dealing with their sabotage to our society for the rest of our lives.

It has only been two months, and he has done so much.

Biden passed the stimulus package. I am not getting a stimulus check, but it is really doing a lot of good for the economy, which I was part of. Getting the roll out of the vaccines to work well. Restoring America's position in the world. That last one is a biggie. It was difficult to survive in a world where everyone thought America was run by a complete moron.

Beyond that, I still blame the security company that trump rammed down our throat for all the cyber security problems we have had lately. I can't prove it, but I am glad to be rid of both trump and them. Things are beginning to get much better on the cyber security front.

The immediate aid that Biden sent Texas did not help me any; I do not live in Texas. I am still happy it went out.

The fact remains, I do not believe the USA would have survived four more years of trump. We only survived the first four years on auto pilot. It was going to be tough to get out, with the pandemic and all. So I guess the biggest thing Biden did for me, personally, is save my country.
