your ignorance is amazing. The Paris accords require that we reduce emissions (we already are) while China, India, and others have years to comply. they also require that we send billions of our dollars to countries so they can TRY to reduce emissions.

Finally, CO2 is not a pollutant, it is a gas without which there would be no plant life on earth and humans could not exist.
