Default Biden's poll numbers through the roof, Fox and teabillie audience in panic mode

...explains why Fox is ranting about Dr Seuss and whining about 'cancel culture' every chance they get

The economic relief bill moving rapidly through Congress is broadly popular, according to a new CNN Poll conducted by SSRS.

In the new poll, 61% support the $1.9 trillion economic relief bill proposed by Biden and expected to pass in the House Wednesday, and several key provisions of the bill are even more popular. A broad majority of Americans (85%) say they support policies in the bill that would provide larger tax credits for families and make them easier for low-income households to claim, including majorities across party lines (95% of Democrats and 73% of Republicans support it). Around three-quarters favor provisions to provide funding to facilitate a return to the classroom for K-12 students (77%), and sending stimulus checks worth up to $1,400 per person to most families and individuals (76%). Both of those policies also have majority support across party lines (55% of Republicans support each, among Democrats, support tops 90% for each one).

There's a race to pass the stimulus by March 14. Here's what's at stake
A smaller majority, 59%, say they back providing $350 billion in aid to state and local governments. That policy sparks the sharpest partisan divide among the four tested, with 88% of Democrats in favor vs. just 28% of Republicans.

President Biden is expected to announce plans on Wednesday to secure 100 million more doses of Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine, The New York Times reports.

Biden is expected to make the announcement during a meeting with executives from the pharmaceutical giant and Merck, according to the Times. The goal would reportedly be to have enough supply to inoculate children, and to possibly administer booster doses or reformulate the vaccine for coronavirus variants.
    (snip)

The officials told the newspaper that they expected the Johnson & Johnson doses to be delivered in the second half of this year.

    The Biden blitz is coming

President Joe Biden spent the first months of his presidency hunkered down as he worked on getting more vaccines into people’s arms and a massive bill to deal with the pandemic to his desk.

With that $1.9 trillion legislation set to clear Congress and the pace of vaccinations picking up, the White House is preparing to embark on a new, far more public-facing phase.

Biden is scheduled to deliver his first prime-time address as president Thursday, which will focus on the Covid crisis. Later this month, he’ll hold the first press conference of his young presidency. He’s committed to making a still-unscheduled address to Congress. And officials are busy preparing for a sprawling sales campaign designed to draw attention to the benefits of the Covid-relief package. Biden, first lady Jill Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and others will hit the road to tout, among other things: the $1,400 checks, how billions of dollars in the bill will reopen schools, and the investments being made in increasing the numbers of vaccinations.

“There are a lot of people who use the term ‘victory lap’ in a derogatory way. I’ve already heard people saying that Biden is about to take a victory lap. Well, that’s a lot of crap,” said House Majority Whip Jim Clyburn (D-S.C.), a close Biden ally. “One of the—if not the biggest—mistakes that Obama made, in my opinion, was getting the Recovery Act done and not explaining to people what he had done.”

Biden and top administration officials acknowledged they’ll have to do more to ensure the benefits of their package sink into the public’s consciousness. And they’ve spent weeks carefully planning how best to begin their efforts while much of the country remains consumed by the pandemic. White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Tuesday that once the American Rescue Plan is signed, “We will need to do some work and use our best voices.”

Biden is responsive to the needs of the people, which is more than can be said about Trump and the GOP.

How refreshing to see a POTUS who is actually *working* -- and working for us -- rather than arguing with the press, sulking on Twitter, going on eternal love-me-long-time pep rallies, and golfing golfing golfing.

Every President, with one exception has enjoyed a "honeymoon" for a period after their inauguration. The exception, of course, was trump. He failed with the voters from the get go and remains the only President in recorded history never to have had a 50% approval. In fact, never to have come even close.

Exact reason Fox and the like are big on Mr Potato Head, immigration, Cuomo, school openings, Dr Seuss, and the biggest laugh, deficits and debt, anything to change the media agenda

And the Stock Market keeps hitting new highs. Thank God for President Biden. And Thank God we don't have to listen to that fucking incompetent Trump moron anymore.

Judge Juan M. Merchan wrote that Trump “appears to take the position that his situation and this case are unique and that the pre-trial publicity will never subside. However, this view does not align with reality.”
