A cop in uk was 'over charged' and got away with killing a guy. The cop literally battered an older chap, who was no threat at all, to the ground - in a violent charging smash to the ground.
The cop had a history of violence. He was a huge man and the guy he battered was a harmless weak man jut strolling through the area.
