What happened to the Q insurrection?

I'm guessing almost all of the current crop in jail will flip on their friends for reduced sentences. There's still a few thousand unidentified insurrectionists, who can be seen committing violent crimes attacking the police.

Those cases, IMO, will be resolved over the next six months. It's the big cases that will go to trial simply because the charges are so big.

It's one thing to trade down from 10 to 5 years, out in 2 but what does taking 10 years off a sentence do for a person doing life for murder? Take the death penalty off the table? I doubt that's going to change many minds. Those guys will go to trial and hope to win with time served or less.

It will be interesting. I want to see what the actual charges are.

They aren't. There are foreign terrorists in US supermax prisons.

GITMO is for foreign nationals who have never been through the US. If they set foot on US soil, they have rights under the Constitution. GITMO avoids that problem.

No. I was not trying to say that at all. Guess I failed completely here. Everyone should watch where those in Gitmo go after they are released. The ones that have went right back to terrorism. With a vengeance. They are the real deal. If you are not interested
