    THAT TOO. Biggest thing I see in the young is a terrible lack of urgency. Everything is just ho hum when I get to it I get to it when it comes to work. Drives me nuts!

    Yep....me too. I spent my summers as a Laborer on construction sites for my dads company beginning at 15. Hauling brick, block and stone all day,...mixing mortar and hauling it,... pouring concrete. You know,.... FUN stuff like that!
