The reason Trump wants Texas open is because he has had the VIRUS reengineered to target Texas Democrats in an effort to prevent the State from the inevitable blue waive they are afraid of for 2022 mid-term elections.

First time in my lifetime I’ve seen the guy who lost retain more political power than the guy who won. All the ones I can think of just disappeared.
I find that truly remarkable regardless of the circumstances.
What’s your take on this phenomenon?

I seriously doubt trump has more political power than Biden, trump only controls a segment of of the GOP, probably less than 50% but they are a vocal segment.

I never didn’t admit it although under highly dubious circumstances. I remember the first time we had a local election by mail thinking, “my gawd, hope this never happens in a really important election.”
But that’s besides the point. I find it phenomenal that the guy that lost has more political influence than the guy that won. Even you admitted that. Or at least you claim trump actually won.

Biden is nothing more than a figurehead. I believe we can all agree on that.
These are strange times. We went from an authoritarian to a figurehead.

It’s simply untrue, Trump has more political influence on 70% of the Republicans, but that’s it. Biden is going to get a 2nd Covid package passed, something Trump failed at when he was president.

Right, but would never have gotten there but not for liberation activism.

You should. But not for them, you wouldn't even have that.
