Default Case filed against trump for riot

    https://www.cbsnews.com/news/naacp-t...nnie-thompson/

The judge won’t be a trump cult member

And Donnie will never be president again

Tell us what will happen to the cult 45 members after this?

Who will be the liar you idiots will attach your selves to?

Thinking we need to start labeling all the cases that will be filed against trump over the next year or so, we can call this one #1 and see how high we go.

This is overdue and awesome! Let justice reign. I am wondering about standing. I would like an office holder inside the capitol to join
to strengthen that issue. There is some bad "taxpayer standing" law out there. I want the estates of the dead officer to join as well as their families.
And join the evil sons as defendants.

Prosecuting a former American president for sedition, insurrection, and given his "friends" in hostile nations, treason,
would look bad on the international scene, making us look like a banana republic, i.e., giving them too accurate a look.

Let's get him on non-political stuff--tax fraud, money laundering, all the white collar crime than would put the felon scarlet letter on him for the rest of his sorry-ass life and beyond in history.

Nobody can criticize us for that...not with the evidence Cy Vance will be able to show the world.

It would be the opposite. It would show even presidents are not above the law. There is a lot of tension in that because Trump not only acted like he was but said it.

Pretending it didn’t happen is stupid

Nixon should have gone to prison

The only one helped by pardoning him was Nixon him self

This nation has to show that even presidents can’t commit crimes and get away with it

We are a nation of laws

    Apply the law

True, but we need to start listing them as some point, will be far easier to mention Case # 45 than to type out the entire case Name.

I have trouble with Reds claiming Trump is not responsible for the insurrection. It is so obvious. He tweeted it for weeks. He urged violence. He set up a rally down the street from the capitol as they were ceremonially counting already certified electoral votes. He scheduled speakers who would buy the lie and make the people angrier and angrier. Speaker after speaker did it. Then Trump said let's march down to the capitol and I will go with you. He wasn't going to do that. He had let that mad dogs loose. They were primed for blood. They got it.
I would love to see Daffy in court trying to pretend he had no idea what would happen. No judge or jury could buy that.
