CDC eviction moratorium ruled unconstitutional
The federal moratorium on evictions of tenants who've fallen behind on rent is unconstitutional.
Judge John Campbell Barker wrote, "although the COVID-19 pandemic persists, so does the constitution," siding with landlords.
The original lawsuit was filed in October 2020 saying the U.S. government did not have the power to put a moratorium on evictions.

The courts have been treasonously slow in dealing with this abuse, and we still dont know that they will eventually get it right.
This illegal illegitimate regime that runs America is at fault...not me.... they do not represent me and I have long objected to their crimes against humanity.
