As I said during the campaign, I would hit Biden if he didn't do what he promised.
Well, here we are...a month into his administration and still no:
-->$2K checks
-->$15/hr MW
-->Student Debt Relief
But hey, he dropped a few bombs in Syria, so....

There are political realities in Washington. Covid relief cannot be passed without either a) Republican votes or b) reconciliation with every Democrat onboard. We are a five weeks into the Biden administration. What you suggest he should have accomplished by now is IMPOSSIBLE in the current situation. Literally impossible. Biden is doing just fine, including his action in Syria. Unlike the previous administration, Biden can walk and chew gum at the same time.
I am actually very pleased that Biden did not compromise on the Covid relief bill just for the sake of bipartisanship. But that decision has impacts, and the biggest one is the need to use reconciliation. Student relief should not be a priority at this time, since payments have been suspended through at least September.
Finally, I suspect the 15 dollar minimum wage will have to be dropped from the Covid relief bill. That's a shame, but also realistic. It can be included in future legislation, probably an infrastructure bill.

Biden is not doing fine.
People are suffering, we know what solutions we need, and now they're backtracking on all of it.
This COVID relief bill is not going to get money to the people who need it, and it's only going to be a one-time check when what we need are recurring checks, which is what every serious economist has said.
The Democrats had a chance to blow through GQP opposition in the first week, but chose to extend an olive branch for "unity".
$2K recurring monthly checks should be the low-end starting point.

A new POTUS, it must be time to bomb Syria- again

Do you think Mitch McConnell would give a shit what the Parliamentarian thinks if he had a legislative priority/promise?
I want Biden to go scorched earth on these motherfuckers. Instead, we're getting Obama 2.0 and the GQP is being let off the hook yet again by Democrats unwilling to flex their political power.
I knew this would happen and it's precisely what I warned about a year ago.
