Default Was Trump's mob expecting to get visitor passes?

The claim of peaceful intentions still being upon us, kindly reflect on this again or for the first time:

After months of libeling the election one he couldn't lose except by theft, Trump headed a rally of thousands of angry supporters bent on marching to the Capitol to stop
Pence and the Senate from certifying the vote that very day. For the record and future apologists, this was supposed to happen "peacefully". In real life it could only happen violently and everyone, including Trump, knew it. How were these emissaries of honest elections going to get to the Senate chamber in the first place? With visitor passes? The Capitol was locked, barricaded and guarded. There was one way and only one way inside and that was by the mob forcing its way through the barricades, through the guards, through the locked doors and the as then unbroken windows.

So let's cut the crap about paying a peaceful visit on Mr. Pence and the assembled Senators.
