LMAO! GM and Ford cannot make cars without chips from China. Derp!

I remember a time when that was not the case. That's their own folly.

Biden didn't stop or start a damn thing. Their production is still shut down.

People better consider their supply chains and have some common sense.

Ford and GM did this to themselves by making a PCB integral in their vehicles that they cannot produce.

I tell wut, Henry Ford never had that problem.

He didn't even put radiators on the things to begin with. But they ran, and pretty damn good, too.

So 400 days of study by some FedCo think tank. What's the plan after that happens? Regulate them? Do a Max Max on then and socialize the fuck out of them?

Trump took care of the problem by giving them the corporate tax break that they've been asking for. Lots of them came back and we had yuge economic growth.

Wtf dude, I'm not into faggotry.
It's not my fault GM and Ford have their production relying on Chinese industry that's not delivering.

Maybe since they're so giant automakers..just maybe they could make all their own parts for their own vehicles.

If they can't make it, it's an unnecessary part. That's IMO.

Or at least have the making of them sourced as close as possible domestically.

There is no free market and never has there been one. America's first tariff was installed in the 1780s. I read we have over 1200 of them.

    .
A company called Molycorp reopened the Mountain Pass mine in California back in the early 2000s. I bought their stock and made a goodly amount from them. The Chicoms flooded the market with RREs and drove Molycorp out of business. It's back in operation again and is partly owned by a Chinese company, is that what you call strategic planning, why did Obama let that happen?

It's well known why there is a shortage of semiconductor chips, but no doubt SloJo will set up a committee which will take two years to report and cost many millions in the process!

Actually most of the chips come from Taiwan and South Korea. That's one of the reasons the Chicoms want to get their hands on Taiwan.

Biden to sign executive order targeting America's supply chains

Well yeah, he has to target them before he can launch the missiles and blow them up.

WTF does Biden know about transportation and distribution? Will he stop the weather delays, etc?
Tariffs led to our civil war.
Common sense is not a gift, it's a punishment because you have to deal with everyone who doesn't have it.

Biden knows one thing, he knows how to bend over for bankers. That's all he knows.
