The wrongful death lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia on the one-year anniversary of Arbery's death

Considering over 250 people so far have been charged with crimes for the same thing Ashli was doing at the exact same time she was doing it, I would think it pretty obvious that she was committing a crime. She just happened to try to enter an even more restricted area which got her killed. I had nothing to do with killing her.
