If we take decisive action on Climate Change, and it is successful, we will reduce the unprecedented multitudes of needy people wanting just a chance at a livable existence who will form the millions of Climate Refugees approaching our southern border.

are you really as dumb as you sound? The climate of our planet is controlled by 3 things and man is not one of them: Sunspot activity. the earth's tilt on its axis (which sometimes wobbles a bit), and ocean currents which are not consistent.

CO2 is not a pollutant and even if it was its levels in the atmosphere have not changed since we have been able to measure it.

The only way humans could change the climate would be an all out nuclear war which would block the sun for a long time, but even that would eventually resolve itself.

Well, I would argue it with anyone who is polite about making their point, but it seems most of the ones who refuse to acknowledge human caused global warming are also very rude about it, so because of the rudeness alone, I won't discuss it with them. To me, it would be like seeing a button on the wall with a sign that says "Push button for insults," and repeatedly pushing the button. Um, no thanks.

And that alone reinforces the popular view that human caused climate change is real. If those who are trying so hard to not believe it, have to get all angry and insulting to support their view, then it must be because they know they don't have the facts on their side. They use the insults as a way to distract from their losing arguments.

Sad.

Here's your chance. post proof that !, the climate is warmer now than 100,000 years ago and 2. that the acts of humans caused it.

We all agree that pollution is bad and must be stopped, and why isn't that enough for you? While you are at it provide proof that pollution causes climate change.

Their problem is they have allowed it to permeate their thinking.

What begins as knowingly shallow false hurtful insults; ends as deluded thinking upon believing one's own BS.

They make up things about us, which they know they are making up, but then after repeating them enough times, they begin to think the made-up baloney is somehow fact. That's when they lose touch with reality. It is the precise point at which the departure is made.

I was at my weekly practice session last night with my band, and during a break, the drummer started talking politics, and him knowing I am a Democrat, and myself knowing he is a TRUMPTARD, he said, "So you think Biden won, and Trump lost"!

I said, "Yes". And he said "44% of Americans think that Trump won". I told him he was wrong, and that polls indicate that 44% of REPUBLICANS think that Trump won. And he said, "SO that is what the Liberal press wants you to think huh"? I said, "No- that is what Fox News is claiming- and that is your source for news- not mine".

So I told him, "Since you are not even honest with yourself, never discuss politics with me again"!

Another band member who was listening to the conversation told him, "We told you to keep your politics to yourself, and if you don't- YOU CAN TAKE YOUR DRUMS AND BEAT IT"! LOL!

You would have just had to be there to appreciate that look he had on his face!

When sustenance farming and even industrial farming is no longer is possible in Central America, take a wild guess where all those people are going to want to go.

Well, I don't know about you but I am here because of immigration and I understand there would not be a United States without immigration.

The point is not to increase immigration per se.

The point is to save the habitat.

There's a booming economy to be had doing that - there's the carrot.
