Stone's post is not a post by someone successful and happy in modern America. I feel sorry for how badly his life seems to be going. He will probably post that his life is great, but would he want to burn everything down if it were going great?

    Agreed. It's fear. He's a 20th century man with a 20th century job in a 21st century world.

Both my dad and I liked watching westerns together. Not just the old John Wayne westerns, although were among our favorites, but more modern westerns such as "Monte Walsh" about the dying of the 19th century as the 20th century moved in with planes, trains and automobiles. Change is hard for some people because they fear the future. Stone strikes me as one of those people.

He's not alone. IMO, most of those who attended the January 6th rally were similarly afraid. Those who attacked the Capitol and attempted to overthrow the election, and subsequently the non-Trump government, were so afraid they were angered to the point of self-destruction. At least Stone didn't go. LOL

Rather than attacking the people who are successful in this new world, lets try to figure out a way everyone can be at least moderately successful.

You mistake dislike for fear. A common mistake. I make no bones about it,.....there is a lot I dislike about what the world has become in the last 25 years or so. Things are just different now. Hard to explain. I guess if I had to point out one thing it would be that things just seem so amoral now. No feeling, emotion, or soul involved when it comes to right and wrong or moral or not moral. I dont like that. We are men,..... not machines.

    oh....and the music sucks too!

What does morality have to do with technology?

Actually, I never said anything about fear. You hate modern America, because you are a failure in it(or at least feel like a failure). If you think I have mistaken dislike for hate, I will hear you out... But when you are supporting terrorism, it is more hate than dislike.

You just do not feel like you are valued. We do not come to you for your input. We do not treat you like an expert. Sorry your life sucks.
