Ted Cruz going to Cancun while millions of his constituents were suffering in the cold without heat was bullshit. No other way to put it. Did it have any practical effect on anything? Not likely, unless Cancun doesn’t have internet or phone service. Unless Cruz was going to show up in Austin with some firewood or kerosene heaters he could do whatever he was going to do anywhere else from Cancun. Zoom is a big thing these days, right?

But the left and the media are acting like Cruz was kicking thousands of sick nursing home patients out of the hospital and sending them back to the nursing facility to die.
